How we partner:

ISG offers flexible engagement models tailored to the unique needs of institutions and organizations. Services may be provided on a case-by-case contractual basis or through annual retainer agreements with colleges and universities. Retainer partnerships are designed to provide ongoing support across a range of services and may be renewed annually or established on an interim basis to address temporary staffing gaps, including extended leave situations such as parental leave, sabbaticals, or other administrative absences.   ISG strives to partner with institutions in a way that reflects the values and mission of the university community, providing support that is collaborative, responsive, and student-centered.
