At Integrity Solutions Group, we are dedicated to promoting fairness and transparency in educational institutions and workplaces investigations & solutions. Our mission is to provide thorough investigations and audits that uphold the integrity of these environments.

ISG members have extensive education and training in higher education and workplace investigations. We aim to conduct all matters with integrity, privacy and respect for every situation, student or staff member with which we interact. Our goal is to provide resolution in a timely and ethical manner, providing our clients confidence in our processes and people.

Kara brings more than ten years of experience conducting investigations and reviews for institutions and organizations involving sexual misconduct, non-discrimination, workplace misconduct, as well as NCAA compliance. She currently serves as a Title IX Coordinator and Clery Compliance Officer, leading both virtual and in-person investigations for institutions across Minnesota and nationwide.
Before founding ISG, Kara held senior leadership roles at the University of North Dakota, including Senior Woman Administrator, Senior Associate Athletics Director for Internal Operations, and Deputy Title IX Coordinator and was a member of the campus BIT team. In these positions, she led the university’s NCAA compliance investigations and education initiatives, as well as conducted Title IX & workplace investigations.
With a deep understanding of campus culture and organizational dynamics, Kara brings a practical, collaborative, and informed approach to helping workplaces, institutions and school districts meet their compliance and investigative needs.
Kara earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her law degree from Tulane University Law School. Her early career experience includes roles as a compliance coordinator at Fresno State and a summer enforcement intern at the NCAA. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Dakota, teaching Sports Law and related courses.
